Billing
Changing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free tier.
On the Free tier:
- You keep access to 1 portfolio and its galleries
- Uploads pause if you exceed 10 GB
- Clients can still view shared gallery links
Your photos are not deleted when you cancel. You have time to download them or upgrade again.
Invoices
Invoices are sent by email after each payment. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing.
Payment methods
Folio accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe — Folio does not store card details.
